Spicy grilled shrimp taco recipe with a savory lime-sour cream sauce. This shrimp taco recipe is easy to make, quick to grill, and shrimp is a lean alternative to beef. Grilling the shrimp gives them a smokey flavor that goes perfectly with the other spices and lime-sour cream topping. Using fresh shrimp for this recipe is my preference, but frozen shrimp can also be used as long as you partially defrost them before grilling.
